Save Yourself, Save Others

A practical 2.5 hour class combining active shooter and knife attack survival strategies with immediate trauma care. Learn the defensive and offensive skills needed to protect yourself or keep the people you love safe when you're not there.

Seconds count when crisis strikes your actions in those initial minutes determine survival rates. Our dual-certification CPR and AVIRT course combines lifesaving medical training with tactical strategies. Crucially, we bridge these disciplines trauma training, teaching bleeding control using professional tourniquets. Using federally recognized Run, Hide, Fight protocol. You will learn to create escape routes, barricade doors, and counter threats as a last resort. Ment for you and those you love, when you can’t be there.
