2. Not Medical Advice
Bodywork and massage therapy services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and muscular relief. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients should:
Consult a physician before beginning therapy if they have medical conditions.
Inform the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health status.
Understand that no specific results are guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
By booking or receiving services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health information.
Inform the practitioner of any discomfort during sessions.
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
Abide by payment terms, payment accommodations policies, and invoice payment terms.
Behave respectfully and professionally.
Tony Schwartz Bodywork LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for inappropriate conduct.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 2 hours and 1 minute notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without price reduction (see other provided information in the dedicated page links found on this site).
Specific policies may be updated and posted on the website.
