Bodywork is a wonderful and unique service one that has been in recorded history for over 5,000 years. Yet many people do not know the best way to find a therapist. Notice that I did not say: “How to find a massage?” when you want a massage there are a lot of avenues to take. But when you really want good bodywork from a trained professional who will become “your massage therapist” the search can be much more difficult. Ask friends first even if you don't think they have every had a massage. The other thing to realize that only 25% of the general US popuation gets massage more than once a year. The next thing I would suggenst is to call a massage therapist and see if they can help answer your questions about how massage works in terms of how they operate and how competiors might be operating,
